An exciting new exercise plan to improve posture, strength, stability, balance, core strength and general well-being.

As a keen horse rider/owner in my youth I know the importance of a strong, flexible body that will improve your riding technique and posture. A balanced body that will ensure you sit centrally and evenly distribute your weight on your horses back. As a very experienced personal trainer I can help you look at your body’s strengths and weaknesses and ensure you are in the best possible condition for your horse.

In a 1 to 1 session we will use a variety of yoga postures, strength exercises and stretches and implement a plan for going forward to help you achieve your goals. I can work in my studio in Seaview or come to you if that’s preferable.

I can also teach equestrifit circuits which will involve various stations, each one being targeted to hit those riding muscles. So if your riding club or livery yard would like to get a group together I am happy to come to you.
